This Privacy Policy explains how Unbok collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information across the Unbok website and mobile application.
Unbok uses account, profile, collaboration, payment, support, and limited device information to operate its creator marketplace. We do not sell personal information. You can request deletion from the app or the public account-deletion page.
Unbok is the developer and operator of the Unbok creator marketplace, website, and mobile application. This policy applies when you browse our public pages, create or use an Unbok account, use creator or brand workspaces, communicate through Unbok, or contact support.
This policy covers information processed by Unbok. A third-party service may also apply its own policy when you choose to use that service, such as Google Sign-In, an operating-system speech recognition service, or a payment provider.
Account and authentication information may include your name, username, email address, password credential in protected form, email-verification status, Google account identifier and basic Google profile information when you choose Google Sign-In, account role, workspace memberships, language, timezone, and security settings.
Profile and marketplace information may include creator or brand names, profile photographs, biographies, websites, social profiles, audience and platform information, location you enter, portfolio files, rates, product interests, campaign applications, campaign briefs, deliverables, review content, and other information you choose to publish or submit.
Collaboration and support information may include conversations, messages, attachments, notifications, support requests, survey or feedback responses, and records of actions taken in campaign and product-review workflows.
Transaction and fulfillment information may include payout preferences, bank or payment-related details, billing and transaction records, amounts, invoices, payment proof, and delivery details such as a recipient name, telephone number, and shipping address when a product must be delivered. Payment providers may collect additional information directly under their own policies.
When you use Unbok, we may process IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, language, timezone, session identifiers, authentication and security events, requested pages or API routes, feature interactions, search activity, timestamps, crash or diagnostic information, and similar logs needed to operate and secure the service.
We use this information for session management, security, fraud and abuse prevention, troubleshooting, performance, service reliability, and understanding how product features are used. Unbok does not currently request access to device contacts, SMS, call logs, health data, or precise device location.
The Android app requests microphone access only when you choose a voice-search feature. Your device or operating-system speech recognition provider may process the audio to produce recognized text. Unbok uses the recognized search text and does not intentionally store a raw microphone recording from voice search.
When you upload a profile photo, portfolio item, message attachment, deliverable, payment proof, or another file, Unbok receives only the photo or file you select through the device picker. We use selected content to provide the feature you requested and store it with the related account or workflow record.
Permission prompts appear at the point a feature needs access. You can deny or revoke a device permission in system settings, although the related feature may then be unavailable.
We use information to create and secure accounts; authenticate sessions; provide creator discovery, profiles, campaigns, product reviews, messaging, notifications, uploads, payments, billing, and support; personalize language and timezone display; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce our terms; diagnose failures; and maintain the reliability of Unbok.
We may also use relevant contact and workflow information to send essential account, security, campaign, payment, and service communications. Optional marketing communications are handled separately and are subject to the preferences and consent controls available to you.
Information marked public in a creator or brand profile may be visible to visitors and other Unbok users. Campaign, product-review, payment, delivery, and workspace information is limited to participants, authorized workspace members, service providers acting for Unbok, and Unbok personnel who need it for support, security, or operations.
Messages and attachments are shared with the people or workspaces participating in the relevant conversation. Avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for the collaboration.
Unbok does not sell personal information. Unbok does not use personal or sensitive user data for third-party targeted advertising. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by law and platform policy before the change applies.
We retain account and workspace information while an account is active and for as long as needed to provide Unbok. Different records are retained according to their purpose, including the duration of a campaign or transaction, security and fraud-prevention needs, dispute resolution, tax and accounting obligations, legal requirements, and the establishment or defense of legal claims.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are replaced through the ordinary backup lifecycle. Information that must be retained for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or security reasons is restricted from ordinary use and kept only for the required purpose.
You can update many account and profile fields through Unbok settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information by contacting support.
If you created an Unbok account, you can initiate deletion from Privacy and data in the mobile app or at https://unbok.com/en/account-deletion without reinstalling or signing in to the app. We may verify that you control the account before acting. We aim to complete a verified deletion request within 30 days, unless applicable law, request complexity, or a permitted retention obligation requires more time; if so, we will explain the expected timing.
Account deletion removes or anonymizes the account and associated profile, authentication sessions, uploaded content, preferences, and other personal data that is not required to be retained. Certain transaction, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records may be retained when required or permitted. Content involving other users may be anonymized instead of removed when necessary to preserve their transaction or conversation records.
Deleting the app from your device does not delete your Unbok account. Temporary deactivation or signing out is not account deletion.
Unbok uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include encrypted HTTPS transmission in production, protected authentication credentials, secure mobile token storage, access controls, account-session checks, logging, and limiting access to people and providers that need information for their role.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your password and device, and contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Unbok is a professional creator and brand marketplace and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to Unbok, contact support so we can review and remove it when required.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Unbok, legal requirements, or our data practices change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
