What happens after you submit

We receive your request

Unbok creates a support request using the email linked to your signed-in account or the email you provide.

We verify account ownership

Support may contact you for information needed to confirm that you control the account. Never send your password.

We delete or anonymize associated data

After verification, we remove or anonymize account, profile, sessions, uploads, preferences, and other data that is not required to be retained.

We confirm completion

We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will explain if a lawful exception requires additional time or retention.

Some records may need to be retained

Unbok may retain limited transaction, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records when required or permitted. They are restricted from ordinary use and retained only for the applicable purpose. Shared conversation or transaction records may be anonymized to protect other participants' records.

Use this public form even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in. Submitting it starts a request to delete your Unbok account and associated personal data.
